We collect your name, your email address, whether you are a student, a teacher, a parent/guardian, or an investor and the academic subjects you are interested in. We may also collect the name of your academic institution, your academic year and the academic subjects studied.

You provide Endoxa with most of the data we collect directly. We collect data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our services or are registered by your academic institution.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
How is this information used?
We use this information to:
- Accept log ins and do password resets
- Process your orders and manage your account
- Email you with news and our special offers you might like
- Business analysis
- Regulatory and legal purposes

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from, or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at [email protected]. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We have chosen third party providers (e.g. Heroku) who apply security best practices, whether physical, electronic or procedural to protect your encrypted data. We limit access to your data to authorised employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
